I have now started my own blog. I am hoping this will help with my genealogy research.
I have the Breden, Stockbarger, Frick, and Bobst lines well in hand. But there are a few walls that I am trying to climb. The Walker line stops at Daniel Walker. He was hung in Kentucky for killing his father in law and attempted murder of his mother in law in 1823. His son William and daughter Elizabeth married into the Holt family but what happened to his wife and the son who was accused of helping him? They disappear? And who were Daniel parents?
Then there is the Risen family. Sophie married into the Stockbargers but I can only get to her father Peter who died after 1850 in Perry County Ohio. I believe William was her brother but have no proof.
I hope someone out there can help me. Which means I will also get to meet new family.
